Your Data Rights

Be informed about what we do with your data and your data rights.

Data regulations have changed, so we've updated our T&Cs

We collect information when you use our products and services. That information (or 'data') can include, for example, your contact details, how you're using our services and your location. We mostly use your data to keep you connected to our Wifi network and manage your account. We also use your data to bring you more of what interests you. You can find out more in our Privacy Policy.

The General Data Protection Regulations implemented in May 2018 give you even greater control over what information we collect and how we use it. With this in mind, please take a moment to look at how we use your data and how we contact you.

When you signed up to our free O2 Wifi service, you will have been asked to receive marketing from O2 and on behalf of selected partners.

What marketing will you receive from O2?

We partner with many well-known brands with offers too good to miss. When there's an offer we think you'll like from O2 or one of our partner brands, we'll let you know about it and the message will come from O2, not the third party. Then you can go to the O2 website or the brand's website/outlet to take advantage. We're very careful to match the right offer to the right people.

How will you contact me?

We may contact you via SMS, telephone calls (always at respectful times) or email.
